Hotel is in Dalgate area which is on walkable distance from dal Lake. It is not a hotel. It is a guest house. Hotel is looked good from outside but it does not have any reception. Owner is very nice person. He solve out any our problems very efficiently. room was small and looked very congested. TV was nice and in good working condition. Bed-sheet was used but when we asked they changed it. Towel was used one and not provided us any clean towel. Food was very nice and delicious. If any body wants to book I would recommend to book accommodation along with food.

very dirty hotel and staff is not good,, they take extra charge from customers.. not even proper fan . neither good service. your money will waste if you choose this hotel !

The hotel was good but i faced little problem with the service like the service was very slow but the owner and the staff was really good in nature they always try to solve the problem,And little problem with power supply also but rest all good like rooms and everything.But their was not restaurant was available inside the hotel. They managed form outside.rest all good.But the owner was really helpful to us..Comfortable for business persons.
