    BELOW AVERAGE HOTEL. THEY DONT HAVE AC WORKING. HOTEL HAS ONLY ONE REMOTE FOR ENTIRE ROOMS.WE NEED TO CALL RECEPTION ALL TIME FOR COOLING ADJUSTMENT. WE ALSO FOUND UDED MASKS IN UOR ROOM.ONLY PLUS POINT IS THE NEAR BY BEACH

    I booked this property at very premium rates i.e. double tariff, considering the hotel must be on the beach, but this hotel is situated in a narrow gully of 15 feet width, of course near the beach. This property is a very old building with ancient type furniture. This property is managed by only one person, who is receptionist, call boy or whatever you like.     It was horrible to stay this hotel. Wash room is unhygienic and room is completely closed having no proper light and freshness.No parking facility and and all over very bad atmosphere please don’t ever select this hotel .

    no pictures. we were completely disillusioned with the photos of the hotel you had sent. as per our request we were expecting the hotel on the beach with the room facing the sea. we got the room close d from all sides like a cell. badly maintained. not even toilet paper roll.

    We had a great stay experience at Kovalam Beach Hotel. This is a beachside property with amazing sea view balcony. The food was very bad and no nearby place to eat so had to order from hotel itself. Hence we had bad experience due to food. Yet would recommend the hotel as the stay and amenities were good. But not worth the money i feel.
