Hotel is not up to the mark. Rooms are big but not maintained. Taps are leaking. No wifi. Food is not up to the mark. Not worth for money

The hotel did not meet the expectations for the price we paid. Additionally, we requested a late checkout of just one hour, but they denied it. The lady at the reception also asked for an extra ₹1000.Ac was also not working properly and in the morning no tap water ,we need to informed to start.

no one will respond on reception after 10 PM, Informed for non working of Ac but entire stay no action on that. Water flow is too slow in flush, shower and tap. it's not position to take bath in shower due to too slow flow. Power supply socket is in non working condition. Floor cleaning is not proper.

the hotel, rooms and restaurant were very nice and comfortable. *the only issue with rooms was it is very inconvenient to get daylight in the room as the entire wall facing the outside is of clear glass.* *room service was not at all up to the expectation . (will rate 0.5 out of 5)* *no information in the room about the numbers to call for room service, housekeeping, restaurant, etc.*

Pathetic service and management. We checked-in around 9:00 pm but we never get towels till next morning. when asked for towels, they said, you will need that in the morning only so we will provide it early morning. Same thing happened for water bottles. We asked for water bottles around 11 and we got it 2:30 am in the morning. This is the level of promptness. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone else. Only food was good.

take the hotel only as the last option in citybooked it. but from the time i entered till exit the stay was full of issues.they first gave me one room which had no lock, no phone or other amenities when complained they said by mistake that room was given (room 204)then they shifted to new room that room was finebut the room service is pathetic to next level, while cleaning the room they took the towel n dint replace it. when called the housekeeping they made me wait for 1 hr and 3 reminder calls ...more

Absolutely horrible hotel, worst customer service! Even then i had called the hotel 1 day prior to reconfirm. I asked if i could come by 11:30am but the person from the hotel told me to come by around 12:30 so he could make the room ready. We reached the hotel next day at 1 pm. The receptionist named Shreya tells me you dont have a confirmed booking i showed her the booking details and also told her i had called the hotel 1 day prior to reconfirm and the hotel had said its confirmed. seriously, i wish to express my total disappointment with my recent stay at krishna inn, kolhapur. unfortunately, the experience was far below expectationsthe room conditions were substandard, with the washroom flush not working, making basic usage inconvenient. moreover, the housekeeping services were extremely poor, which further added to the unpleasant experience.given the state of the facilities and service quality, i regret to say that this stay was not worth the price, and i would not feel ...more

room is fully run down.dirty bathroomdirty roombroken and sagging mattress and pillow.dirty tissue rollceiling broken and seepage with funguschairs extremely dirtycupboard dirty and worn out. no maintenanceit's worthwhile to note that upon my request hotel staff offered another room but with more or less same issues.
