very pathetic hotel and staff also I recommend all reader who going to book this hotel kindly ignor becoz booking ke baad in check out time wha ke counter staff room chk krne ke bahana bna kr aur agr bedsheet v thoda sa dirty ho jai to penalty wo v 1k 2k ke demand krte huey customer kr sath misbehave krte h aur check out tym ka fayda utha te h .. so plz ignore this hotel aur v bht hotel h puri main go for that one ...

worst hotel till today....sabse ghatiya hotel ajtak ka nikla.. hotel walo ne kahi mention nahi Kiya tha ki bedsheet ganda hone pe 1000/- rs fine dena padega...hotel walo ne checkout ke samay hame 1 ghanta rok ke rakha...1000 rupay lene ke liye...gate lock kar diya..s help leni padi then hum checkout kiye...they took 500 rs for bedsheet ...
never recommend anyone to stay here..worst hotel, worst experience..👎👎👎

Maximum distance from sea beach is 150mtrs. Rooms are well maintained. It looked almost same as it was in the banner of goibibo. They serve good quality bengali food. Rate of food is reasonable. Most of the staffs are very much co-operative. You can take a clear view of sea from its roof only.

The location of the hotel is near to swargadar beach only 3 minutes walking. The receptionist, staff boys and everyone working are very polite. The room and bathroom are very neat and clean. The super deluxe room has balcony non sea facing. But considering the price point I think it's worth it. Everyday you get 2 litres of water complimentary, two tea bags, two coffee packets, sugar packets are complimentary everyday. you also get a refrigerator for free to use for your stay and tea maker. hotel location was not the best but rooms were pretty big and clean and well decorated, toilets were also pretty clean, food was good, staff was good, beach is probably at 300m walking distance.

I stayed in this hotel recently and the experience was awesome, The hotel service, their behaviour, cleanliness everything was good. If u want to enjoy with ur family or loved ones u can stay here , the location is 6 minuets walking distance from beach.
