horrible experience.first of all i stuck inside bathroom due to faulty lock.walls are not clean.
initially thet didn't provide any kettle or tea bags for deluxe room.after request only they provided the needy things.
fi ally at the time of check out they are asking for extra money for 50minutes even though v check in at night 12 and checking out at 12.50 afternoon.after argument they agreed for waive off this.....only good thing we felt is the night manager who was there at the time of check in. ...more

Horrible Experience.First of all I stuck in bathroom where door got jammed.Other room.person came and help me.Rooms walls are filthy and cramped.Kettle was not there initially even though v booked a deluxe room.Later after request they bring it.Standard room does not have TV but in website they didn't mention it.In reality and pics in website are different.Only good thing is the night manager who was there when v checked in.He helped us and polite.But at the same time morning manager was rude an ...more

hotel was in nice location but too compacted room with small wash room we booked with complimentary breakfast but we got breadomlet it's was not good even.

Had a night stay here. So I didn't use any other facilities. Me and my friend was completely satisfied with the service and the quality of the room given. And to top to it there is a super restaurant just near the reception with great food!! I'll recommend this place whenever you are going to stay at Perumbavoor
