i have booked a family deluxe room with free breakfast for 4 people. when we arrived at hotel we have been given 1 small room for 2 people only. in the evening they make us stay in the property at the remote location that is far away from the location where we have booked. they provided this property nearly when half of the time is already passed. there was no care taker no drinking water no soap or towel given.
