Air conditioner not working even in super deluxe room. we paid a good amount for that room. they should not sell the room when it is not proper. cleanliness is there and hotel staff is also good. do not take room no 201

Hotel is good modern and all, but service is pathetic. When we were leaving our old hotel called them no one picks up call in one go, have to call 10 times, then the perosn says i cant your booking with us, whereas i have booked after reaching hotel ok. But no hot water at night nor eveng in morng of winter. Called reception half at 730 am he said will do it, but till 840 still no hot water can u blv in at early winter morng should wr bath with cold water. Better book any guest houses in calangu ...more

The rooms are neat and clean and the staff is cordial and helpful too.
It's just that the hotel is very small and is situated pretty inside. I personally found it a little expensive for the price I paid but it's a great deal if someone gets it for Rs. 3000.
Overall a good place to stay for budget traveller's who don't want to opt for Air bnb.
