room heating problem cut down due to electricity supply.
and the dal lake area is very cold .food is an average

The hotel was located in a very good location. The shikara was available throughout the day until 10 PM. The staff behaviour was very good and the rooms were very neat and spacious. The heater was available complimentary. The food available at the hotel was good too.

Hotel Lakeside location is inside Dal Lake and have to reach the hotel by shikara which the hotel provided for transporting in and out of hotel as many times as needed. Hotel proprietor, Mr. Danish Goona is excellent and very helpful and always at your service. I stayed for 2 days here having a King size lake view room. Lake view was awesome. Room was huge about 400 sq ft but the mattress of the bed was too thin and not that comfortable. Bed sheets and pillow covers were not good and upto the ma ...more
