We stayed here for 2 nights,. Key aspects of this place is location and amazing food and service.Any specific requests to procure medicines and other requests were gleefully completed. rooms are spacious & 3 can easily accomudate in deluxe room with out extra bed. The hotel also arranges for your way back to airport at a very nominal cost. Food is absolutely amazing, they pride themselves on that and they insist we would love it. We did love it. The booked hotel was as Good as shown in the website. The hotel staff was also good. They made our stay comfortable. THe hotel was at a little distance from Dal lake.

I stayed there and Not satisfied with the hotel facility. Food was not good, room is Ok but the restaurant is not good, Location is not so good. Its like so so type.

I stay there and not satisfied with the hotel. Need some development. No security was there and that was the disadvantage of the hotel. Need improvement regarding service, food and cleanliness. Location is Ok not so good.
