My expectations during my two-night stay. The location is peaceful and in the middle of the city. The room was cozy, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a fireplace which added a nice touch of warmth and comfort.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.

Room service too poor as every time we have to search person to ask something. no towels given. room smelling no room freshers. too poor management.

The main problem is no wifi, no telephonic service.
**** provide these basic services at minimum 600 Rs only.

It was a good stay, staff and services were good, owner of the hotel and people are really nice there. Cleaning and all is very good in the hotel, location of the hotel is in the very productive area of the Srinagar, kashmir university is there. Food in hotel is good but compared to the quality of food, cost of the food is high.

It is situated in one of the most peaceful places in Srinagar.Hazratbal Dargah is few steps away.Very comperative staff and even food is available at affordable price.
