Few basic needs in room were missing. Room was clean. Telephone and lift service not available. Room service requires improvement.

the ac had some issues, and despite knowing we were traveling with two children, they still allotted us a room on the 4th floor. the washroom was too small, and the towels and overall room cleanliness were not up to the mark. in my opinion, not worth it.

Room condition and ventilation was not good inside the room. too much smell in the room. The washroom and toilet fittings were not working properly. staff was helpful but still need to improve the facilities and amenities in this price.

the only usp of this hotel is - it's just 500 meter far from shri somnath jyotirling. amanties and services are are very basic. one thing I would like to highlight that I reached in the morning at 6 o'clock while my chek-in is after 11 am. but they provided the room without any extra charge . thanx for this good gesture.

the location of the hotel is not so good and also there is no lift in the building. luggages brought by the customers will have to be carried (though supported by the staff) and secondly they have to climb up the stairs.

stay was good, the bathroom is not clean and too small.. staff is very rude and asked us to vacate 1 hour early.. they were not ready to accommodate even 1 hr additional to vacate.
