The service of the hotel is very bad, the bathroom is not very clean, even when I asked for sugar for tea, there is a kitchen downstairs, and the answer from their side is that you can go there and take it.

Location wise- 11 Km from Munnar Town
(Stayed here for 3 nights- January 2024)
Great property (only location wise) but poorly managed. No cleanliness, dirty linens, dirty washrooms, poor response from the staff (felt like they are okay with everything dirty around them).

The stay was average for the price.
The valley view is nice.
It will be difficult for old peoples since elevators are not provided We need to climb steps for up and down. Also the water heater is taking too much time for heating.
Television is there but DTH connection is not available.
