Stay - Conformable stay, neat ambiance, friendly staff.
Swimming pool - It's a Small size pool, but kids enjoy it. The pool is neat and clean, too.
Food can be more authentic. The sandwich in the breakfast buffet was dry.

the hotel doesn't seem to be a 5 star at all!! the air conditioner was not working properly, the soap holder was broken, no food available after 11pm and the list goes on!

very nice room and big and maintened but something under renovation spa was closed , there is no items in breakfast food is not good no staff

My stay was good and i had a wonderful time. They never disturbed me.. Only thing is I don't have more option in the restaurant. Splendid room was very good. I enjoyed every bit of my stay.

Excellent service by the staff. Very humble and helping. Of foremost important cleanliness properly maintained. Good outside view. I booked for 1 day than extended by 2 more days. very satisfied as the rates are also very competitive compare to other hotels in similar segment.
u will be very satisfied for each penny u spent in stay.

Very difficult to get a cab
Receptionist is not trained
TV was not working and they couldn't recharge
AC operations is difficult. You need to be trained
Staff are not helping
