Pathetic wouldn't be enough. Nothing was proper. Property was too shabby, not maintained. No service for food, towels, TV was not in working condition. Me or my family had to go to kitchen every time for plates or orders. Pathetic food. Nothing

for paying more,you don't expect vatika shampoo and medimix soap bar as toiletries,also on the name of breakfast only idli ..also the were using mid size refrigerator on table top, furniture worn out .

le tranquil resort stay was very nice overall. the ambience of the resort from exterior was fantastic, the rooms were also very spacious (i stayed at room 114) with one queen bed, an extra bed for one person and a convertible sofa + dining table and chairs etc. the view from the rooms were also very nice but they have to fix the below issues very urgently, otherwise they get negative feedback from travellers.
drawbacks:
1. the resort didn’t provide toothbrush+paste.
2. no receptionist until 8.0 ...more
