Food and service were good, and valet parking was helpful. However, I found a cockroach in the toilet, the room’s tea cup was broken, and the flush had very low pressure. Buffet breakfast had limited options. Also, Goibibo mentions a 9-minute walk to Meenakshi Temple, but it actually takes over 20 minutes. Needs improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.

Pathetic reception staffs..heavy sound noise in the surrounding of room and in the corridors. Maintenance of room is normal.

The room was average. We noticed a bad smell in the bathroom, which also lacked a separate bath area. Additionally, the bed sheets were not clean.

Extremely rude pathetic and behaviour...they had so many rooms available and lots of people checked out infront of me and they didn't even bother giving us room before 12 noon. I had my entire family with me and and I offered to pay early check in charges but they didn't even allow 1 room to freshen up.. we sat there for 4 hours from 8am till 12 noon, my parents are above 60 years and they have to sit for 4 hours... on the top of it, they were so dam rude as if we borrowed money from them...
