bedsheet were not clean.we got them changed . food was not upto mark . paneer sabji was v thin gravy . reception desk was not v presentable as it shld be for 4 star and they make ppl give 5 star on google reviews

Food is just good not very tasty and location is ok Staff is very good Overall cleanliness is very good There must be some to do indoor activities for families and as per space available can be planned easily

This hotel is probably the best property at Lachung. Located bang opposite the mountains it offers perfect hospitality, cleanliness and courtesy. The quality of the food served was lovely and so was the promptness of their services. To top it all, I had paid extra for breakfast which I didn't consume. They refunded it without any delay within 24 hours. Safety, availability of hot water were the top most recommendations from my end

The rooms have great view and the staff's are very friendly and well behaved. The food is also very good in taste.

We were three girls (May 17,2022).What I liked : 1.The manager was kind enough because we mistakenly booked the stays at Lachen and Lachung for wrong dates .Luckily both the stays belonged to the same group.He was kind enough to make adjustment to our stay dates.Hospitality matters the most . 2.The room was tidy and offered a clear view of the mountains. The property is clean and very comfortable. Location is great too. They should keep a more mature manager at the desk rather than young boys with no experience when they are charging premium rates. Breakfast menu was average. A La carte menu was limited but was tasty.

Room was nice. Only we got the back side room, hence view was not as good as front side room. Food was decent, but veg only. Staffs were cooperative, well behaved.
