poor maintenance, Twice change the room due to AC not working, water 💦💦 not available in bathroom after complaining also it take 2 to 3 hours to resolve water problem, totally poor experience

Deluxe room has no geyser, no water catle, even no room service, it means Deluxe room without basic ammentments. location is good, I always prefer hotel in CT road.but now mahavir sheraton never. may be construction in building is caused for, bad service

We reached the hotel at 1:00pm, even though the check in time is 09:00am still room was not ready. We had to wait for 1 hour to get the room so anytime you go, you will not get your room in time. Bedsheet was not changed, towel was horribly dirty. Housekeeping is worst they never have time to give food in your room, even we had to go outside for tea, means no room service at all. They have ruined our holiday
Housekeeping service is very poor, no washed towels, bedsheet. They are unable to give food or water in your room.

Not Happy with Service, No water in bathroom spouts, even after 2 hours we didn't get it right. They offered to change the room but still the same problem with that room too. Finally got it after 2 changes.
need to be more customer centric. not happy at all.

Staffs are Decent nd Co-operative but
The service is very slow. They said that they would take 20 minutes but they took almost 50 minutes to fulfill the order.The Ac is not working properly, telephone is not working, tv is not working at all. Room no.210's bathroom door as well as the main door have some problem in closing. Its not for family. At night overcoming the rules staff allowed pool party to some drunk boys, the night was horrible. Receptionist is ignoring our amenities. Just worst experience with my family..... Not advisable for family stay!!!!!!!

stay was good. pool was clean. renovation work was in progress so less folks were there in the hotel. food was pricey but taste was decent.
