Really Good Staff specially Amir from Restaurant. Staff is humble, Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast options were ok ok but the dealing of staff is really Good.

Ac not working. Despite of repeated requests it was not handled. every time they are saying it is working but there is no cooling. cleanliness is another issue. floors are sticky. goibibio should not promote such hotels

When it comes to hospitality, Srinagar scores low. Probably due to hiring locals who are less educated or have low knowledge on how to. This hotel has decent rooms but no other amenities which would call it a resort. Staff was polite. We had to order food from outside as this "resort" wont provide meals between odd hours. Also, the food we ordered forced us to order from outside. Swiggy works wonders.

Hotel is good , Breakfast buffet is available at 250 only .Hotel staff was polite. Room was clean pillow cover bedsheets were clean. Toilet was clean with modern style tap and showers.Overall a good stay ...Looks like a 5star category Hotel. Outside view is also good if you choose to stay at top floors.

Rooms and bathrooms were good , staff was nice but food quality is very very poor and in dining timing is only 9.30 pm
