The hotel is good, but the AC is not working properly. The staff has to adjust it manually every time.

This hotel is located in a prime location and you except to get some decent service. UNFORTUNATELY, that's not the case. If you are paying Rs 4000 (approx) a night - you expect some bare minimum standard. Let me start with in-room amenities.- Starting with the mattresses: Horrible, old and super uncomfortable ones. there are few areas to improve.
1. water leakage from a/c duct
2. continuous leakage in bathroom
3. there are no hangers in the almira.
4. restaurant service was not good
5. however, all the staff are very well behaved.
6. the location was very good.
7. i have given the feedback to the reception.

Very poorly maintained room with loose bathroom fittings and shabby walls. Bathroom is so untidy. Will never gonna come again
