good: close to sea staffs were cooperative
bad: bes was full of ants and even after cleaning, next day morning it came back. toilet window is transparent that people from next building can see the toilet, and ladies were uncomfortable. Provided 2 water bottles for the entire stay, anything extra you need to pay.

It was a wonderful experience. Though, I was a bit deterred in the beginning by some negative reviews of the hotel, I booked it eventually.
The room was cosy, balcony had sea view and pool was nice. They even allowed me an early check in at 10:30 AM, and provided early morning airport transfer the next day at very reasonable price. Couldn't have asked for more.

Good hotel, near to kovalam beach and light house. Hotel staff is very helpful specially sir at the reception.
Helped in all things. For example, I asked for dinner without spices although his shef forgot and added the spices. But when we informed him the food still have spices then he asked his shef to prepare the food again for us.
I have booked hotel room without AC and on the such price point the hotel is not at all bad.

The property is located in a very good location near Hawa beach in Kovalam. The room we have had a beach view as well. The beach close to hotel is very scenic. The staff behaved very respectfully and are cooperative as well.
But the swimming pool is very small and I didn't like the smell of water inside the pool when I started swimming.
The AC remote also didn't work in my room which the staff tried to fix but couldn't. So the AC was fixed at 23 degrees temperature
