Excellent service and the suite that we stayed in was spacious and clean with a nice balcony. The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of dishes. The resort is located a bit off road but between nice picturesque mountains.

Got cockroach in the ice tray hotel stay was good however the service provided was pathetic we had to call 10 times for housekeeping service still the room was not cleaned properly and the in room dining was worst they had nothing which we order. Also please think twice going here as the road is so dangerous so many vehicle were nt able to go up and were stucked than the local persons helped it might have caused a big mishap and no one from hotel staff will come and help it their responsibility ...more

We booked studio room. Rooms were of good size, had balcony too. All linens, bedsheets were clean. Pillows too were in good condition. Bathroom too was clean and upto standard of 4 star hotels. Only con is Studio rooms have balcony facing to each other, impacting privacy. Next time would prefer suite.
Food- Breakfast had variety and tasted delicious and was upto standards . Dinner buffet had limited veg main course,They can improve and add 2 veg main course instead of 1. Desert choices were very limited. Overall at that price in the rainy climate its worth it
