Need to improve rooms & floors cleanliness and proper waste disposal.
House cleaning lady is openly asking money before the check out day which is not good.
Room lights, TV & news channelels need to be working condition.

the hotel is very old but situated in prime location. rooms are cozy but clean. Room service and house keeping staffs are always ready. food is good. staff behavior is very polite.

Bed linens, towels,bedsheets & blankets were dirty-looking. Toilet seat of the commode was broken. Wash basin in the wash room was way too small. TV was dysfunctional and I could enjoy India's win over SA in the T20 WC only after change of set top box.
Anyway, stay was enjoyable thanks to the courteous, helpful staffs and above all, manager. The room was beyond their WiFi range. Housekeeping was top notch.

Just ok...there was no wifi except ground floor. As you assured me about free wifi. There was nothing that you offer while Booking the hotel. NOT WORTHY
