First of all thanks to the hotel for free upgrade of Deluxe to Executive. Hotel location is in the middle of residence area. Overall room is big with balcony but there was bad smell in the room. Also badsheet was not cleaned properly. Breakfast has limited options.

Our stay at Meritas Adore was pleasant overall. The hotel has a modern look, rooms were clean and decently maintained, and the staff was polite. The standout was the breakfast – a good variety with tasty options including South Indian, continental, and fresh fruits. However, the check-in process was slightly slow, and some amenities like the pool area could be better managed. It's a decent place for a short stay, especially if you're looking for comfort on a mid-range budget. Would recommend for families and couples looking for a peaceful break in Lonavala.

The resort is nice and the hospitality is good but the room is a bit old. Breakfast spread was ok ok. Service/refiling was slow. The game zone has few games. Swimming pools do not have filtration. It's in the middle of the city so not much space like a lawn.
The rooms facing the swimming pool are nice.

staff @ meritas adore resort force to prove guest are lying…
for them every guest is dishonest…
regarding service , i had not seen such a worst service in my life in any hotel or resort or in service industry….
lot much mosquitos and cockroaches in resort rooms …
