I had book this hotel for a couple so ideally double bad should have got provided to me.
but there were 2 seperate beds. in spite of requesting they deined to provid room of double bad.
otherwise hotel is good.

The rooms were smelly. We were not given welcome drink. TV was not working.

Experience was good, Few issues related to power, as lot of power cut was there, also the management should take care of the house keeping staff as they need to maintain a standard decorum.. in spite of informing the house keeping staff not to clean the room they still entered the room in our absence without our permission.. This is absolutely not acceptable. Kindly look into these issues and also the Hotel /Resort can be kept a little more cleaner.

Hotel Location is Good, Food is ok and it s rates are little bit higher, Services are excellent. Duplex rooms are very good for family , Rooms needs little bit renovation. Overall it was very good experience for us as we were 12 people

I'm not uploading the photos of rooms because the mirror in washroom is spoiled,which had put a remark on me by my child,what type of rooms is given
why can't they change the mirror.
