poor management ,worst food quality.... they do not have basic facilities in their property .... poor staff.... they dun even know wot thay can serve or not poor infrastructure mattress were small as compared to bed size there was no telecommunications u have to use ur phone to call staff every time

premium rooms are amazing, very well lit, huge space, clean with a very big balcony. place is next to the main road and very peaceful location

Property is not upto the mark if we compare it with amount which we had paid for our stay. It's just that we did not had any other option so we had to go with this one. There is a lot of scope for improvement and they should take it seriously if they want to survive in this business.

Enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The hotel js situated in a nice location, a calm valley. Rooms are fine too. Food and service were amazing.

The hotel has a beautiful location. The staffs are too good. They really take care of each and everything as I was travelling alone.if u visit kumarhatti this is the place for your comfort.
