Rooms are with damping smell The guy at reception who is from Dehradun is very impolite and also rude Staff at restaurant are gentle and good with very polite Manager is acting like he is solving the problems when complained about the room smell there was no action Overall service is between bad and okay however considering the price they are charging is not worth of the quality they are providing

Hotel room is not worth to be listed in gostays mosquitoes in room. unhygienic room with no maintenance of property .very bad experience .trashes very left outside the room

room was really spacious, the room offered to ua was a family room and it was quite a big room and nicely decorated, kids really enjoyed the stay here. restaurants are near by only. minaxi temple is 4 km from this hotel. staff is also very cooperative. highly recommend this hotel

It was a good stay experience, we recently stayed for a night and the rooms are really clean and spacious . Receptionist was very kind and very helpful. Overall a very good stay .

Everything is available but not up to the mark. There's no communication between restaurant and hotel staff...they didn't know how to manage billing. About cleaning they haven't clean our room for 3 days. Not providing drinking water without a call.

This Hotel is located about 4.5 km from Meenakshi Amman Temple as well as Madurai Junction Railway Station. We are a family of 14 people on a pilgrimage tour. After a lot of research on the hotels near the main temple I have booked 6 rooms in this hotel. Rooms are comfortable. The size of the rooms is not large as well as not very compact. It seems the hotel is quit old and require renovation especially the interiors like wall painting, chairs and bedding need to be replaced. Several places the ...more

The property is clean but its old . There was mosquitoes inside room . The room that was given at initial was same but the sheets and blanket was full with stain . We requested to change the room . The staffs there was so understanding , kind and humble they immediately changed the room for us .
