किराया बहुत वाजिब है और हमें यहां आकर बहुत अच्छा लगा। वोल्वो बस टर्मिनल के समीप ऊंचे-ऊंचे पर्वतों के बीच में स्थित यह होटल मोनार्क रेजिडेंसी वैसे तो बहुत आदर्श लोकेशन पर है। फिर भी थोड़ा संकुचित प्रवेश मार्ग होने के कारण हम इन्हें 5 स्टार नहीं दे सकते।वैल्यू फॉर मनी --- पारिवारिक ट्रिप करने के संदर्भ में हमारा अनुभव ठीक ठाक ही रहा है। यहां का स्टाफ बहुत ही सहायक, नम्र और हेल्पफुल है। हमने ब्रेकफास्ट और डिनर इनक्लूड 2 क्लब रूम बुक किए थे। एक यही दिक्कत हुई कि ब्रेकफास्ट में 5 साल और 10 साल के बच् ...more

Poor service bt the Hoteliers. Called multiple times to provide drinking water but they didnot bothered. There is no linen in the washroom. There are no Slippers. TV is not working. Geyser is not working properly.

Wrost Hotel ever...declined all bookings. Never go for this hotel. Manager saying bookings are confirmed, owner saying No bookings. Printed booking confirmations were along with us.Wrost people...wrost staff.
But thanks to Goibibo for immdiately arranged a Execelent hotel.

The carpet and linen are dirty, driver room is worse - I had to pay extra for his accommodation!!! I would rather spend more and stay in better place.
