no hot water hotel is providing they just busy in sleeping from 2 days I've shower from cold water I will not suggest anyone to come to this horrible hotel

i have booked 2 rooms but they didnt provided hot water on evening it was very difficult for us staying with kids during cold and rainy climate. i asked for hot water they telling they only provide hot water in morning. tv was also not working because after complaining it they made ok.wifi not given

1.not available heater facility intime2.room and cupboard not clean3.rest room not hyginic4. tv and wire not safety level... open wire box5.night lamp damaged and openly kept not safeable.restroom door not locking properly...
