Booked a suite room. AC kept shutting off automatically every 15 mins, the entire night.
The place is filled with flies.
Also, I lost my keycard, so they charged me ₹1000 for a keycard even though I've been a repeat customer for 3 years. No discount.
Apparently, that's a management rule.

It was my second stay here, and it was great both the times. The rooms are spacious for mumbai, location is convenient to access airport and trains, and good value for money.

Rooms are small for a 3 star hotel. There were mosquitoes in the night. Could not sleep well.

the standard room is very small.the bed is even less than 6 feet.your legs will be out of bed length and you will not be able to sleep.i had to upgrade to upgrade by paying extra rs 1000per day. this room was big and spacious.cleanliness,service and food is excellent.the staff was very polite.i stayed for 6 nights with my wife .only problem this upgraded room had was its commode.the flush button was behind the commode cover.also the seat could not be brought back and always remained on commode. the location great,could find everything within walking distance.
