Dont order non veg there. They did not provided hot water. We had to bath with warm water. Cleanness qas good. Chair and table were not there to sit outside the boat. It is better to stay at dal lake instead of nageen lake. At nageen lake facilities are less and prices are high.

Location: In Nigee lake. Very quiet and calm than Dal lake. You will get a good view of sunrise and sunset.
Room: Quite big. electric blanket, dressing table, center table chairs were there.
Washroom: Quite big with a bath tub. Hot water was there.
Service: Caretaker and the owner are so good. they have given complimentary khewa the next day morning.
Note: There is no free shikara pick up drop facility. you can pay on your own.

Calm and peaceful place to chill with your family and friends recommended place. Food is also at reasonable price.
