They refuse outright to give you cold water and only on much asking do they agree on giving you regular water with ice cubes.
The next morning at 7.18 a.m. I asked for tea in the room and they refused saying they don't take orders before 7.30 a.m. (no morning tea at all then)
On coaxing for room replenishment and knowing that the room booked is for 3 people , they send replenishments only for 1 person.
We really had to stand up for even the basic requirements.
The hotel has no lift and we were given room on the 3rd floor.
Very bad hotel management
