Ambience was very cool and the property location is the best. Only issue which we had was the lighting in their Dutch rooms which is understandable since this is a heritage property. Their staff are so polite and couterous special mention for Mr Hari at reception.

This was a great resort to chill and have a peaceful stay. Best part is the location and the swimming pool which they have. Mr Hari from reception was also very kind and helpful.

What a shame! A 4 star resort and they give what they call 'filtered water'..no mineral water bottle. the room given to me was cramped and was in the corner passing the generator. there was no electric kettle and I had to call reception to ask for it. there was no hair dryer either. I checked in at 2pm a d when I tried to order for lunch, was told lunch time was over. when pointed out that their lun h hour was till 3pm, they fobbed me off by saying restuarant was under maintenance.

Negatives:
The rooms were badly lit and reeked of Cigarette smoke. We requested a room change and the option provided was a downgrade with lesser space. Even this room had cigarette smoke stench. Tea/coffee was not available for room service.
Breakfast options were limited and average. Tea/coffee arrived very late after repeated request at breakfast table. Pepper/salt was not provided by default with boiled eggs.
Not worth the price.

The location of the place was rly good. All the nice cafes and tourist places are at a walkable distance. The swimming pool was also nice. Rooms are a bit small for the price with no windows but it is clean and adequate for 2 people.
Overall it was a good experience.
