Third class room.bathroom smells like gutter. very badly maintain by the hotel management. the staffs are very rude.staff behave like local goons.parking issu.swiming pool water smells like pond water.i don't know whey people are staying in this property.

Pros:
Good behaviour by staffs.
Rooms are spacious.
Railway station is 10 mins away from the property.
Cons:
Bad location, market place is far away.
Beach access is far from the hotel.
Breakfast buffet is worst.
Food is not really good.
Popular places like Golden Beach and Swargadwar is far.
Recommendation:
Choose this hotel only if you don't have any other options. Otherwise there are plenty of hotels in the popular areas across puri with same room tariffs.

Our experience in the hotel was bad. To start with, the entrance of the hotel was in the low land so during monsoon it’s filed with water. The intercom was not working so each time I needed anything or had to order I had to call a mobile number of the hotel receptionist. The bathroom was dirty and one of the light was not working which they didn’t even bother to fix it. I had even called for room cleaning next day..but no one turned up. all deluxe rooms condition are very bad. specially room no 202.. geyser shower condition is very poor..door lock of bathroom is damaged.. over all experience is very very bad..
