Hotel staff behaviour is not good as soon as the room is not as good as well. All the furniture is in bad condition and the bathroom is also not good

It’s a not great not worse hotel. It’s Average. TV was out of order, lift has timing and it’s most of the time in not working condition. My out of 2 rooms 1 had old and bad smokey smell always.

Very disappointed..When I checked in, the staff said that we have booked the driver's room. But their best room will not take our personal driver.
But location is awesome..just 100 m of swargadwar

dnt expect any thing international except the name . it's very besic 2star hotel. room and toilet clean . near from sea bch and swargadwar.

one of the worst hotel stay in my life.i think this hotel is used for prostitution purpose.My bed is full of bed bugs.i complained him but nither he sprayed any anti insect nor changed my room.simply wastage of money,time and health.
