Although I had booked my room, when I arrived at the hotel at 10:45pm after a long full day drive, the receptionist informed me that there was no room available and that my booking did not exist. I was kept waiting for approximately 15-20 minutes while the receptionist failed to acknowledge my booking.Only after I argued with the receptionist did he finally check his email, and subsequently, he found my booking confirmation.
