Located in close proximity to the swargadwar, the hotel amenities and service was really really good. Extremely satisfied with the 3 nights stay here. Only problem faced was the wifi connectivity. Otherwise I had a pleasant experience at this hotel.

I am absolutely dissatisfied, annoyed disappointed after staying in this hotel. I stayed for 5 days in this hotel with family members, at Puri, New merin drive road. The location is in busy area. But apart from location, nothing is good about this hotel. The rooms were not up to the mark according to the hefty amount of money charged. I paid for one room for 5 days. And the hotel's managerial staffs, receptionists were sooo rude, sooo arrogant, sooo unprofessional that they do not worry a ...more

#bathrooms untidy# Commode flush didn't work# they do not have an in-house restaurant or kitchen so if at all you paid for breakfast while booking the hotel it's highly likely that the breakfast they serve you comes from the local vendors sitting across the streets.# The breakfast will be delivered to your room in single-use plastics. they do not even have bowls for your gravy vegetables#The reception staff is rough and arrogant.#Repeated reminders about cleaning the room and fixing the bathroom flush were ignored.

The view from Hotel room was nice. Nice hotel. Ho ahead with this hotel. Recommended to stay but price little bit high. But overall good.

Hotel is nicely located facing the sea. The staff is co-operative and helpful. One of the few hotels where sea facing rooms with verandah is available and between sea beach and hotel only the road is present, hence, the view of sea from hotel is awesome. However, I found the sea facing rooms a little costly. Overall the stay was satisfactory.
