The hotel is beside the national highway and has good parking and restaurant facilities. Rooms are spacious and staff behaviour is good

Room service is not available here. Only one staff is there in the property and he manages everything. The room is big but the amenities is not up to the standard. Food service is not there in the property. My stay was below average as I am not at all happy with the facilities provided.

My overall stay was very good in the property. Hotel staff behavior, location and the amenities were nice. I had food over there and the quality was fine. I had only faced some issues while collecting drinking water.

Property is new and accessible as it's on main road. But it's noisy when one closes door. During my stay from 9.30pm to 10.30pm loud DJ music was being played which disturbed my sleep. Front desk was very helpful and gave us printout of near by places.

Excellent place, clean and newly build place. Would recommend, suitable for family trips. Located 8-10 km from edakkal caves and 18 km from banasura dam.

Even though it has a hotel look, It is a lodge type accomodation. The room was decent. But the horrible thing was in the midnight at 12.30 the power supply went off, the intercom was not working, I was staying with my family. I searched for the staffs at the reception, the area was in darkness, no one was there, I think there were no other occupants were the hotel, Finally I found 2 hotel staffs were sitting near the gate. They told me that the generator is under repair. The power came back after 1.30. we lost our sleep, and it became a horrible night for me.
