If you are a couple or a family, friends, or a solo guy, I am sure you are going to enjoy the hospitality. You will get good cozy rooms at a good price point as well. Overall awesome experience. Thank you so much. Miss you guys. See you soon.

If you want to enjoy houseboats you should stay here nice view nice decoration staff was polite. From ghat number 9 pickup and drop boats provided by them and free of cost. AC and geyser working in condition.

A stay on a Kashmir houseboat was an unforgettable experience, with stunning views of the lake, beautifully carved wooden interiors, exceptional hospitality from the friendly staff, and delicious authentic Kashmiri cuisine served right on the water.even the surroundings were very pleasant.The seating area was awesome.we had flight in early morning.at 5 am in the morning, Nasir bhai helped and called the shikara also in early morning for transport.food was homemade and satisfying.overall great experience. ππ

We just returned from our Kashmir trip and one of the highlights was our stay at Newzealand houseboat. The rooms are really pretty with a decent size bathtub. The service was impeccable. They have a little boutique from where i ended up buying a lot of traditional souvenirs. The owner Mr.Shahid personally came and met every guest which we rarely get to see these days. the on boat staff Nasir never said a no for anything. Wish we had stayed an extra night but overall would definitely recommend it to all our friends.

We stayed at houseboat swan which we understand is part of the same group. Excellent stay. Nice ambience and interiors. The locatkon within the Dal Lake is excellent. They have land piece within the lake in which the dining is there. Overall a very happy experience
