It's an average stay.
The cleaning staff, restaurant staff are great and the food at their restaurant is awesome.
I found the tariff on the higher side as per property. The bathrooms are not divided into dry wet areas. The bedrooms have multiple corners. The staff at reception was rude.
there are better places to stay like dreamland, sonar bangla, fortune, regenta at the same road with a nice sea view.

TV, freeze, telephone, swimming pool not working staff are very bad, room are too small
the things must be run as per photos there is nothing like photos only room like Dharmasala

Rooms are too small compared to tariff. Washroom and basin taps water flow is pathetic, simply refuse to flow, shower runs like thin thread. Hotel staff asks for additional pay for using pool though nothing related to pool charges mentioned in any visible area. Positive side is only the proximity to sea and from room I was able to see sunrise. Room though small was hygenic, clean and secure.
Rooms though small are hygenic, clean and safe. Safe to stay with family.

it's a good hotel, we had a nice stay. The management is polite and helpful. we took breakfast, morning tea and lunch once. Good food, cost wise some one may say slightly expensive, however it's a good location good sea view. Economy sea view room was small, but good and clean. had issues with water pressure at 2nd floor, so mentioned them also suggested to provide a tea kit and kittle in the room. there was ample power outlet. we didn't used tv. Every floor had multiple attendants. Housekeeping was reliable.
