Rooms are not suitable for Family. Its not a clean hotel. Staffs are rude and doesn't care about customers. To take a hot water bath, you need to wait till next day. Bathroom doors are not closing. Very dirty environment except lift and reception area.
In Mysore city, the main thing that people expect is hot water supply in bathroom but we have been told that it will only be available between 6 AM to 9 AM. Hotel checkin time is 12 PM, that means you have to wait for next day to take bath. If you ...more

this is the 5th time we are staying at this hotel... mainly the location of this hotel is good to visit all the places and staff is good... we always had a pleasant stay...so we prefer this hotel
