Car parking is one of the problem there.

Only gave 2 star for property owner...Pros:- Property Owner Mr Satya is really a kind hearted person and very cooperative...You will get all your needs from him...Cons:- Property is very far from the main beach. Also location is very remote location, specially if you want to enjoy the sea then you will not get here...This place is ideal for those who don't want crowds.Me basically a Youtuber who needs a crowded area for making videos and create contents cannot stay this remote area...That is why I have not stayed here and went away on the 1st dayHope this review will be helpful for all...

Amazing experience. Mr. Satya is such a great person. He will take very good care of your comfort during the stay. very welcoming and you will feel like Home. I booked at NIRMAN HOME STAY but reached NIRMAN BEACH HOME STAY ( Costlier, nearer to beach) by mistake. but he allowed us to stay there( without any extra charge)as they had free Room available there.Lunch was very nice, simple and healthy. I am suffering from Gastritis so I avoided outside food. Kabir( Mr. Satya's Son) is the smartest kid I ever had interacted with.Thanks to Mr. Satya and his family.Recommend π

Very pleasant stay. All the attached persons are very helpful. Do not consider it as a hotel. It is a simple small house of whom 2/3 rooms they used commercialy. It is about 5 minutes walking from seabeach. AC found OK. If you draw a straight line from Puri stn then swargadwar is on right and it is on left side. Anyway we are overall satisfied. Please ensure about the TV before entering the room.

I travelled as a solo female tourist and to make matters worse lost my handbag with all my money keys charger and documents.I have no words to express my gratitude and appreciation for Satyaji, the owner who helped me in every possible way to make things less difficult for me.The artistic room is comfortable and clean.I have stayed in high end hotels before but this time it had a magical warmth and soothing comfort of my own home and family..The adorable kid Kabir who is the friendliest and swee ...more

It has been a great experience! Visited Puri at least 10-12 times so far but never picked any homestay.
Puri is badly effected by recent cyclone Fani. Even after a month the severe damage is visible all around. About to postpone this short 2 nights tour but took a chance after discussing with the owner Satya. He has shifted us to his beach-side Norman Homestay with out any extra charge!
