First of all it is not a resort, it's a hotel which was probably one of the worst one i've been to. The hotel staff was not friendly, the washrooms had major issues such as some of the taps were broken, the water was yellow in colour, there was no water pressure. And apparently the reception guy has some experience in hotel industry but does not know that dental kit comes under toiletries. The rooms had broken door handles and what not. Geyser had leakage..toilet sheet was was not good.. rest was good
