Good stay. Room rate is a bit on higher side. Stone crusher sound from nearby place is a bit annoying. Boating was not open since water level was low.

Horrible experience at Niyatma Resorts Toilets we’re not cleaned properly No option for break fast only idly was available that too bad taste even they didn’t provide umbrella to go to breakfast for their restaurant

the place is clam and nice place easily accessible from the main road. it is surrounded by coffee plantation. the rooms are cottage type good rooms but service is not great. their intercom wasn't working. the manager and everybody else are friendly. there is a small pool (4 feet deep), a small childrens park, peddle boating in their private artificial big pond, few indoor games etc. there are no much food options in their in-house restaurant but good restaurants nearby.

The hotel and the ambience are good. The staffs are very polite and available at any time. we were very happy with both the food quality and quantity that they provided to us. If you want to say something bad, then only I will talk about the resort amenities. They don't have much to engage us.
