I booked this for 2 of my colleagues. They were asked for early check in charges, which they gave. While the second colleague cane in night , they demanded another 1000/- to make him stay even it was booked for 2 people. They did not listen anything and threatened. Horrible experience

My booking was confirmed but no rooms were available in hotel. we didn't checked- in.
why is rooms getting confirmed if there is no rooms available in hotel, that to in non- refundable category.
I want my money back...
