Behavior of staffs r very good.. Very helpful nd kind.. only one problem we faced that power cut.. most of the time no electricity was there

My first ever worst experience with this hotel.
1.Dirty Room,
2.No one was their for room service.
3. Reception person has not manners how to speak.
4. Please never choose this hotel ever.
5. Bathroom was not Clean, Flush was not working.
6. When we enter there was dirty bedsheet on bed and dirty pillow cover on pillow.
I was never experience this type of worst service in any hotel.
In Srinagar we stayed in 3 different hotels, all were good.

hotel was ok but no helper for baggage i booked including breakfast for 2 days but i didn't got breakfast on both days owner told me that they didn't get any breakfast the behaviour of owner is unprofessional he was like you won't get rooms in this budget you want to take you can take or leave i didn't understand why he's selling rooms when he's not happy with the price.

room is ok. but charged for Breakfast too. but hotel people said there is no breakfast .. rest al good. hotel people not that much friendly
