dirty room, damped room wall. no security.pathetic support from Oyo rooms escalation teamrooms are not good. security is poor.

nice hotel,near by kanchanjangha view infront of skywalkfood is good and Hotel is very clean.please book this hotel in upper peeling views,so good and nice photo from this hotel

Rooms are not good. we changed the room due to very bad condition filthy, dirty, broken window. Bathroom fittings were also not good. Behaviour of hotel staffs were satisfectory. Foods are not served as per menu. Maximum food is not served as per our wish. Position of hotel is good.

clean room and can view Kanchenjunga by walking two mins upto the helipad in the morning. the sunrise in the morning and rays at Kanchenjunga are mesmerizing ❣️ supporting staffs, hygienic food ,proper hostility towards the guest. quite a good experience. yes a view from backyard of Kanchenjunga plus cute puppies out there. ❣️ sweet experience thankyou, ❣️

Stayed from 16th Apr - 18th Apr. Room no 301. Mount Kanchenjunga can visible from room. Location - Upper Pelling (very near Helipad ground - 1 min walking distance). Hotel Room - Clean. Hotel is little old. Hotel Staff - cooperative. Others - maintaining COVID protocol.
