very bed experience i booked 02 rooms but when i reached hotel with my family than manager said no room available than arrange hotel for away and outer area hotel was very bed zero service doors broken dirty & damaged bed sheets never book by againnever seen such type and dirt hotel

worst hotel management after booking they was telling me we will not give room the room they was providing was on the open top roof of the building only one room was there may be for servant like that and I told her receptionist to cancel my booking she make me wait for long time on reception plz don't book this hotel u will regret.

it's terrible and you are making fools at the customer because you are showing all things is good but when we reach the hotel it's very unhygienic and the staff's behaviour is very rude.... don't visit this they're making fools to us...............and also cancellation options are not available at that time during the booking it's showing us 100% refunded it's very disappoint so don't waste your time as well as money......Disgusting

Room and barhroom are very small. The room is not as per the price. we are very unsatisfied with the property. The room is not the same as shown in the hotel's pictures.

The hospitality was too good, rooms and service were extremely nice. We had a wonderful stay. They provide hot water in bathroom, staff was cordial, check in/out was smooth, good service. Overall very good stay
