I had booked from 12 noon to the next day. I reached the hotel by 9 PM and I tried to contact the hotel before arriving, but failed to connect. Hotel room when opened was full of cockroaches, actually it was a revolution of them actually, especially in bed. They all scattered when the light turned on. Hotel boy was also shocked, he "agreed" to clean the room by changing the bedsheet only. Then he changed the bedsheet with a new unwashed dirty one with a hole in it . I booked the AC room,but the hotel owner told me this is not a a/c room.also the room accomodation is very bad quality, very dirty,room smeling is so rough ,electric switch are broken ,floor is wet,really disappointed,dear go ibibo kindly change the system.

very poor service, very very bad experience, rooms are dirty...extra charge 500 rs after booking staff said no vacancy if u want to stay then you will be paid extra 500 rs....otherwise you may be go other hotel....very very harassment.. very poor service.....after a very big discussion he provide me a other room

the hotel staff were not allowing me for check in. they demand for extra charges. According to them they were not recieve any money.my money totally wasted.

The worst hotel i have seen in my life. They charges extra 150 for the room. They charges 731+150extra for the room but the rooms are very very dirty. The room is totally dirty, Bedsheetsare not cleaned. Like they dont wash clothes for months. Also they didnot provide any free food(breakfast).

worst experience ever,not at all couple friendly, found to be horrible stay , don't recommend at all for any stay lots of cockroaches,muddy dirty stained bed sheet,foul smelling room with soiled bathroom without any sanitary care, without any door closing system

Hotel staff are good but room service is too bad I ordered food at 8pm but after several phone calls they served the foods at 11pm .Discusting not recommend to others don't book this hotel.Other things are not upto the mark.

The property is average,but is near to station and the market.
The service is okay. Food served by their inhouse restaurant is good.
cleanliness and hygiene lacks in the property , the rooms needs serious renovation.
overall a very average stay as per the price.

Very bad experience.They says all AC rooms are booked with higher prices.single bed(nonAC) available for you.
