Pricing was expensive if we see condition of room. Renovation needs to be done in the Hotel. Lights not working in room and moreover backup was not available at Hotel. Light in the hotel came after 1 hour. Slippers was not available in room. Staff was so nice but room was not at all good. Not a good stay.

It's superb destination for stay in Chail with cleaned & airy rooms. it's easily accessible from Bus Stand.

Although staff was very polite but they have not provide everything that was promised during booking e.g no dental kit in bathroom , TV was not working. Food was not available at hotel because there chef was not available. Overall its good. Room were cleaned location is good.

Rooms donot feel fresh especially bed sheet and blankets and there were lot of mosquitos in room

Hotel is too good, thanks to Manager, who upgrade us to Executive room. quite greenery all around. only problem we faced that Hotel Chef was gone to his native place, so I had to walk 1 KM for dinner at night as there is nothing available in or around hotel. we also noted dust in bed, particularly on 3rd child bed and I was coughing 2 hours, finally I shifted mattress to main room and slept. we also noted spiders in room.rest, all good. I strongly recommend to book this hotel.have a nice weekend.
