I had booked this hotel for a night stay with my family. It was utterly disastrous. The rooms were priced exhorbitantly. But the rooms were nothing near to what is shown in the pics.
The place was chaotic. They had confusion regarding our booking, the rooms were dusty, the bathroom had a bathtub which was dilapidated, the mats in the bathroom was slippery, service was very slow and the pool was dirty.
The only thing that was good was the view from the hotel.

Average hotel, But location is beautiful,Worst reception experience ,Room has intercom but not working, swimming pool full of dirt etc...i can go on..except location, there's no other plus for this property

There was inadequate parking inside. For the whole time my car was parked outside and even though they promised me to keep the car inside at night they didn't. There was no landline available in one of my booked rooms and in the other room the landline there was disconnected. There were no tea and coffee in one room. The door lock in one suite room was regularly getting stuck.

the sea view from the hotel corridor was spectacular! also, the hotel was at the sea shore of Mahatma Gandhi beach which made the commute easier. food options can be improved, but overall I liked their service. the receptionist also helped with booking cabs for our travel and sunset boating which was very much appreciated. would totally recommend this place to my friends and family.

Lady Gertrude suite - charming with its wooden interiors and spacious. I liked the cozy reading/lounge space within the suite. The sit out faces the sea but the walls are rather high so you would most probably have to stand in order to enjoyed the view of the sea.
The restaurant has a view of the sea where you can spend hours staring out over the waters.
